Your evenings can be what ever you want them to be. Superb local fare, can be prepared and presented in any style desired. All should be washed down, at least in part, by a shared horn of the local mead. During the evening, genuine stocks may be provided in the great hall and buns laid on with which to pelt those who have transgressed.
Entertainment can be arranged to every taste. Superb local musicians on traditional instruments will not be forgotten, nor would the local poets. The less adventurous may like to opt for traditional jazz or modern, or for the bottomless budget, principle singers have in the past been flown into this incredible venue from some of the top Opera Houses in the World. |

You may wish to have local actors, stage themed evenings and who knows, The Border Reivers may even attack and set fire to the castle, perhaps dragging some of your hapless party into the torture chamber, where they can be introduced to the genuine entrail curdling tools with which the Medieval Manager might once have explained, "missing ones targets again".
Whatever we design for you, no amount of hardboard and paint, in an ordinary venue, could reproduce the authentic experience that is Chillingham. |
